The emergency related to the spread of COVID-19 necessitated a combined effort of the expertise, tools, and resources of the University of Calabria to offer support to the people and institutions on the front line of battling the virus. Thus, the Unical vs COVID-19 project was born, involving all Unical Departments, laboratories, researchers, teachers, and spin-offs, all committed to the fight against COVID-19.
The website was created to promote and support the actions taken to organize essential services for the most vulnerable categories, provide concrete help in terms of listening, disseminating knowledge, supporting education, and promoting research and innovations in the scientific, technical, economic, and social fields.
